The compositional decision has been developed in such a way that it visually integrates the functionally separated floors of the building around an internal atrium, which brings external daylight to the center of the building. On the ground floor there are: foyer, administration room, lobby bar, store, etc. and from second to ninth floor there are offices with various sizes that are around the atrium. In this way an opportunity for a free landscape planning has been secured, which makes it possible every office to be redesigned internally according the changing needs of its user.

There are separated balconies and terraces that are areas for short breaks, so that the people working inside can restore their concentration. The common areas have been designed in a modern and practical style with high quality materials. On each floor there are WC ares for all employees and visitors of the offices there.
The building has ten floors along with a ground floor and a basement area. A series of active and passive energy efficiency measures have been undertaken including sun protected constructions on the south and west façade, as well as a special glass finishing which secures a good isolation that prevents the loss of heat. An energy efficiency test has also been conducted, which shows that Business Center “Evrotur” is in class “B” on the scale of energy consumption according to art. 19 from the buy-law for energy characteristics of the objects. The façades are with a double aluminum glazing of windows, which ensures a good heat and noise isolation.

The building is formed by a monolithic steel-concrete construction.

The walls are with 25 cm. wide bricks and heat isolation on the outside. The internal walls separate the four offices on each floor. The internal walls in each office are with plasterboard.
